These scones are absolutely delicious, and simple to make. To make them perfect for Christmas just use a Christmas Tree cutter (or any Christmas cutter you have!)
You will need:
One bag of our gluten free scone mix
30g Vegetable oil
100g Strawberries ( cut up into small pieces)
150g white chocolate
Follow the instructions on the scone mix packet, add vegetable oil and buttermilk to make your dough.
Add the chopped strawberries and 100g of the white chocolate (also chopped into small pieces)
Sprinkle your clean work surface with cornflour, roll out the dough to about 1 inch thickness. Cut out the scones using your Christmas cookie cutter.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes until golden.
Once cooled, melt the 50g of remaining white chocolate and drizzle over the scones.
