This recipe makes an amazing centre piece for your table and tastes delicious!
You will need
1 pack of our gluten free focaccia mix
2-3 tbsp of minced green olives
2-3 tbsp of minced black olives
2-3 tbsp of chopped peppers and a pinch of paprika
Follow the instructions on the packet to make the dough. Add the yeast sachet, along with 30g olive oil and 300g warm water to make a smooth sticky dough, then divide into thirds.
Add the green olives to a 1/3 of the dough, add the black olives to another 1/3 and lastly add the peppers and paprika to the last 1/3.
Draw an 8″ circle on piece of baking paper and place on a baking tray, pen side down.
Take 2 tbsp of dough and shape into a rough teardrop shape. Place onto the paper using the circle as a guide. Alternate between the 3 flavours of dough to complete the circle.
Leave to rise at room temperature for about 45 minutes. Bake at 190 degrees celsius for 25 minutes until golden.
Brush with olive oil when removed from the oven. This will add to the golden colour and help keep the bread moist.
Decorate with fresh herbs, salad and cherry tomatoes to make a stunning centre piece to your table!
